・ Connection of main unit: In order to avoid partial adhesion as in the peeling off of glued stuffing and the rubbing off of applied silicon with regard to the adhesion on the main unit, the main unit that is to be connected should be placed on the base with a gap of 100 to 200 mm against the previously fixed main unit adjustment surface on the base, and then arrangements should be made to allow parallel shifting of the main unit on the base such as through chain blocks and lever blocks until surface contact is made.

Marking of reference lines for use in centering

On the top and bottom of end surfaces of each main unit frame, mark out the reference lines for use in centering. Note) Do the marking prior to putting up the main unit.

Reconfirm the base reference lines.

Since the reference lines differ for each oven (cooler), check the dimensions from the drawing each time.

The reference lines (each adjustment surface) for determining the perpendicular direction of each frame should be present prior to installation.

Centering: Do the centering of the main units set up on each base based on the following points:

Although the centering of the respective main units against the base is carried out by aligning with the base reference lines during setting up, the drop and 10° tilt is done at the end.

Making the base level
The base is made level by adjusting the foundation liner based on the benchmark.
However, if the highest point of the foundation surface is higher than the FL reference, adjust the levelness based on the high position, and for vacuum striper and such others which are machines that have something to do with the conveyor and the like, set to regular height + FL.

Through lines of base and main unit
When the base has become horizontal, do the centering of the through lines by aligning with the marked-out reference lines.
When the above centering is completed, apply the temporary stopper.

Centering of main unit tilt angle

When the centering is completed, fix into place with foundation bolts (backfill, welding of base, fill-fix with chemicals) and remove unneeded temporary stopper materials.

Spot weld at the main unit so that the foundation liner and thick washer do not come loose or slip in position.

Align the internal baffle plates of each frame joint with the corresponding marks.

Integration of circulation (air supply) fan

Before integration, the M16 screw hole on the panel for fitting the fan should be cleaned out again with a tap.

On the panel contact surface of fan unit, glue heat-resistant stuffing (50 wide x 4.8 thick) throughout with synthetic rubber adhesive. (Use a punch to punch the holes for fixing the bolts with the Φ being 19 or 20 mm.)

In the integration of the circulation fan, hang up by fixing the axial direction at a 10° tilt and making the horizontal direction level using the likes of the respective chain blocks and lever blocks at the 3 suspension points as in the above diagram, and the integration should be done with care so that the impeller is not struck during integration.

In addition, respectively check the horizontal position with construction level and the tilt angle with tilt level.

The suction cone should be removed first and placed inside the heater box.
Note) The suction cone is included inside the main unit.

* The No.2 and No.4 circulation fans should be rotated 180° and removed.

Place heavy equipment and make the respective arrangements to enable the load-end frame to be raised vertically.
If the use of heavy equipment is not possible, prepare 5 or 6 sets of lifting (5 or 3 ton) chain blocks at a location where loads can be raised vertically. (Reinforce the beams if necessary.)

With the load-end frame raised vertically, set up the pillars and fix the joint plates.

Prepare 2 sets of lifting (1 ton) chain blocks for the use of the vacuum stripper.

Hoist the vacuum stripper to the top of installation location.

With the upper load-end frame raised vertically, set up the lower frame and connect together.

When the installation up of the frames is completed, temporarily piece together the vacuum stripper.

For the reference surface, treat the upper portion of the frame as the reference surface.

Make the frames level and parallel, and check the pillar through direction and the drop of the vertical direction with a plumb.
